Peach Parfait (adapted from Team Beachbody Blog)
1½ cups reduced-fat plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup kashi cereal or granola
½ cup fresh blueberries
½ cup fresh peaches
Combine yogurt and applesauce in a medium bowl; mix well. Divide evenly among two medium serving bowls; top evenly with cereal, blueberries, and peaches. Serve immediately.
Peach Smoothie (from Sarah Manaresi’s Kitchen)
1 medium banana, cut into chunks
1 cup sliced peaches
¼ cup reduced fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
2-4 tbsps light almond milk
Place bananas and peaches into the freezer until frozen, about 4 hours.
Place all ingredients into the blender and mix until desired smoothness. Serve immediately!
