Josh’s DYI Lunchables (from Sarah Manaresi’s Kitchen)

8 whole wheat, low sodium crackers (such as Triscuits)
1 slice of cheddar cheese (or unprocessed cheese of your choice)
1 slice of salami (or lunchmeat or turkey pepperoni)

Quater the cheese and lunch meat. Arrange 4 crackers and place one slice of cheese and one slice of meat on each piece. Top with remaining crackers. Store in a airtight container and refrigerate.

Bread Roll-Ups (adapted from Food Network)

One slice of whole wheat bread

After removing the crust, with a rolling pin, roll out the slice of bread. Top with peanut butter and jelly; mayo, mustard, cheese and salami; nutella and banana slices; or whatever fillers you want. Roll up and slice and serve!
